Refund Policy

We want to ensure clarity and transparency regarding our refund process. Please review our policies carefully:

  1. How to Cancel:

    • To cancel your registration, email director@happyfeetsask.ca with "Cancellation Request" as the subject line.

    • Refunds will be processed promptly, but please note that a 5% transaction fee will be excluded from the refund.

  2. Cancellation Charges:

    • Cancellations made within 5 days or less before the program begins will incur a non-refundable $30 administration fee.

    • Cancellations made the day before the program starts are non-refundable.

  3. Missed Classes:

    • If a class is missed due to emails being filtered into spam/junk (and confirmed by the director that your email is on the list), we cannot prorate or refund fees for missed classes.

    • If participants do not attend classes without prior cancellation (at least 5 days before the program begins), no refunds or credits will be issued.

  4. Non-Refundable Fees After Start:

    • Once the program begins, fees and credits are non-refundable.
